Immigration

We believe that since 1999 UK Immigration law has dramatically and rapidly changed. Introduction of Human Rights Act, fast track asylum procedure, amnesties, family amnesties, Tier 1, Tier 2 Tier 4, end of fast track asylum system, new rules in 2012, end of appeal rights for family visitors, end of in-country appeal rights, landlord’s duty to check immigration status of tenants and new asylum system looming shows that UK Immigration Laws are ever changing and therefore in those circumstances you require someone to deal with your case who is not only fully familiar with the historical changes of UK Immigration Laws but is also fully up to date with the recent changes.
At Makka Solicitors Ltd, our immigration work is undertaken by dedicated and experienced caseworkers who are supervised by our experienced solicitor Mr Fida Chaudhary who is also a director of the firm and has more than 15 years experience in UK Immigration Laws.

We have regularly and successfully challenged UK Immigration Laws in the Tribunals, High Court and occasionally in the Court of Appeal. As well as our own experienced immigration practitioners, most of our instructed barristers have more substantial Immigration Law experience and some of them are themselves Immigration Judges. Therefore, with us not only you have the peace of mind that you will be receiving experienced immigration advice but you can rest assured that you will also be receiving honest and reputable advice.
